One, what is the FCC doing driving public policy?  Second, as the late comedian Sam Kinison would have said, if you want to live out in the most remote parts of our country (I would), then dont ask taxpayers to pay $1 M per mile to get you phone, water, TV, Internet and paved roads!  Sound like FDR?  Please stop these people!</p>
